- The RR REWARDING ROUTES rewards card is free.
- Each card holder has a profiled rewards account in the programme.
- Rewards are electronically credited to the card holder’s RR rewards account - accessible with the RR REWARDS CARD for spending at selected merchants.
- RR cards are available at selected merchants.
- With registration personal information is required as well as consent to RR to digitally communicate related information to the card holder.
- Personal information is stored in a secured manner in compliance with legal requirements.
- You will qualify for RR rewards only when you purchase at selected merchants.
- No retrospective swiping of cards for past purchase transactions where the RR rewards card was not presented.
- Funds are instantly available for spending. The total balance or part thereof is spendable with purchases at selected merchants.
- Spending (redeem) authorization will be confirmed by an OTP (One Time Pin) to the card holder.
- Accumulated rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All rewards not used within 24 months will expire.
- There is no deposit facility on the rewards account.
- Neither RR or the selected merchants shall be held liable to RR card holders or any other person for the loss caused by a transaction or software, hardware and hosting contracts.
- RR as a free of charge private programme reserves the right to membership at their sole discretion. To suspend or terminate membership on reasonable notice (awards accrued as a result of abuse may be withhold).
- The use of the RR rewards card and membership is subject to our terms and conditions.
- RR reserves the right to terminate, change or modify the terms and conditions of the RR programme at any time. Notifications thereof will be via our website and selected merchants.
- Card holders may opt- out of the RR programme at any time by contacting RR at the contact center or via our website at Customer Assistance.
- Lost or stolen cards are replaceable via selected merchants, our contact center or our website at Customer Assistance.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to deactivate a lost or stolen card. When funds in the customer’s rewards account are redeemed before the card is deactivated RR can-not be held liable for the loss of funds.
- Merchant’s approval will be required for staff participation in the programme.
- Merchant’s staff may not accept RR rewards on behalf of customers.
